Creating provider profile, development and utilization of methodologies of subjective and objective categorization, and collecting data from doctors enables Healthgrouper to increase transparency and choice of health services to the beneficiaries, also offering the possibility to establish institutional and personal healthcare collaboration with your provider or doctor. Regarding all information related to your health condition you should consult your doctor. Distribution of all data goes through www.healthgrouper.com, which legally obliges MEDEX Group to enter into binding strategic partnership agreements with partner companies in participating countries.

Personal Data

When using Healthgrouper services Healthgrouper might ask you for identification data, such as Name or Surname, sex and date of birth, place of residence, username, password and contact e-mail address provided at registration process. The Registration process is voluntary, and you as users decide whether or not you will provide the required data in the Healthgrouper’s database. You can also use the website without being registered, but in such case you will not be able to use all services provided by Healthgrouper, as giving reviews for your doctor or provider. Healthgrouper' primary goal in collecting personal information is to deliver a customized and personalized service to you, such as: choosing doctor, dentist, healthcare provider, practice, hospital, laboratory, pharmacy or Spa or any other institution that most suits your needs. For example, you can limit your search to one country, region or town. Further you can search for doctors or dentists by health condition, and www.healthgrouper.com will offer you list of doctors or dentists specialists in the required field who already have their profiles at www.healthgrouper.com. You can search by name of provider or institution, or to adapt your search to the sub groups and subcategories you are offered at the site.

Personal identification data collected can be used to send Users e-mail notification or to adapt specific information that most fit your special needs or interests. Analyzing your personal data, interests and needs, we improve and promote the offered services. If necessary we will produce only summarized data that cannot be connected to any individual. These data are not related to personal data you provide when using the site. They will not be redefined, distributed, published or referred to, except by your request, and according to the legal regulations in the partner countries.
